That's all that I've been thinking of whenever I see this picture now, and honestly I'm perfectly okay with that.
I tried to do a fancy carpet pattern. Geometric diamond webs are fun in making, but trying to put it on a slightly curved surface that's 3 times smaller is a little bit of a headache. And getting it to line up perfectly is a waste of time (still tried for a solid 20 minutes though).
(I first saw this post a while back, then I stopped checking your blog, so I gotta catch up on viewing your stuff.)
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I love this! The carpet, the outfit (the dress?) with the many sleeves for the arms, and the glowing red eyes are my favorite parts. I like the red and purple-gray color palette. Oh and the bats! Gotta love the bats in front of the moon. Good job, Applestorm! :)
