This charming girl (sarcasm) is one of the many characters in a video game known as Fantasy Life, the game where you need a license to live (a life)!
Noelia (to me) is an interesting character, and kinda reminds me of my sisters... In the bad way (however still amusing).
I don't kbow what to say right now... I guess the bottom if her dress cloak thing is a little too curved. Because I'm pretty sure Noelia is standing up straight.
